ATD Government Workforce, Brand Identity, 2019-2025
I designed the brand identity for the ATD Government Workforce Conference in 2019 and have continued as lead designer through 2025. Designed for federal employees, I incorporated textures found in photos of Washington, D.C., alongside a red-and-blue color scheme. As the brand evolved, I shifted to a balanced gradient of red and blue to avoid favoring any particular political party, creating an inclusive visual identity.
